At Birmingham Security College, we understand that there may be situations where a student needs to withdraw from a course or cancel their enrolment. In such cases, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that our students are treated fairly and receive appropriate refunds.
If a student withdraws from a course before it starts, they are entitled to a full refund of the course fees.
If a student withdraws from a course after it has started, they may be entitled to a partial refund of the course fees. The amount of the refund will depend on the timing of the withdrawal and the amount of the course that has been completed.
If we cancel a course, we will offer a full refund of the course fees.
If a student does not attend a course without notifying us, they will not be entitled to a refund.
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or bereavement, we may consider offering a full or partial refund. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, a student should contact our administration team as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the request.
We believe that our refund policy is fair and transparent and provides our students with the reassurance that they will receive appropriate refunds if they need to withdraw from a course.
