Birmingham Security College is a training and hiring platform, and work in partnership with excellent training providers to provide approved SIA training qualifications.
If you register for, purchase, access or use one or more of our courses, you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions which govern Birmingham Security College Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to our courses. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not register for, purchase or access any of our courses.
SIA course bookings, including door supervisor, Top Up training, CCTV Course, you can request for refund within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will only charge £100 for admin and cancelation fees. No refunds will be processed after the 24hour period of placing your order.
You will need to rebook the course and repay for the course if you wish to do this course again.
100% attendance is a must; any late arrivals are not acceptable.
Any sort of unacceptable behaviour at all LSC venues will lead to exclusion from the course for which we will not offer any refund.
All bookings are subject to availability of spaces and relevant resources.
Customers who make the booking via phone, email or through our website are liable for any balance outstanding (if any), in full.
Candidates must be eligible to attend the course you book with us. Please check that you meet all criteria before reserving a space on any of LSC Centres.
Reservations made online are non-refundable; course dates and timing cannot be changed by customers.

Once you pass, you can expect to receive your certificates within two working weeks, but it may take longer for certain SIA qualifications, such as the SIA Door Supervisor, SIA Top Up Training, and SIA CCTV course. The Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management and Delivery of Physical Intervention courses may take even longer due to additional EQA checks. Also, for the AET Level 3, certificates typically arrive within three weeks of passing, but there have been instances where it has taken more than three months due to further checks by the awarding body.

To ensure that certificates are delivered to the correct address and are not lost during transit we advise learners to arrange a Royal Mail recorded delivery service with us prior to the completion of the course, this service must be paid by the learner.
For the portfolio-based qualifications you must submit within deadline fail to do so it will cost you £25.00 per week or we can refuse to provide further services alternatively you may need to re-enrol for the whole course. For all Identity Validation forms used by our awarding bodies, the candidate is to only sign such validation form if the spelling of their name on such a form is absolutely correct. Please note that failure to do so will result in the candidate being liable for any administration costs charged by the awarding body for correction.
Resits will be charged at £50 per unit for the SIA qualifications.
All customers are responsible and must provide LSC with correct and accurate information (using clear handwriting) in respect to the physical address, requested by the admin, where all certificates will be dispatched.

The Purchaser will nominate a Coordinator to place Students on purchased courses, receive and forward login details to Students and to receive certificates issued to those Students.
The Purchaser will need to provide us with the Coordinator’s name and valid email address
The Coordinator will be provided with a means to enrol Students on purchased courses
The Coordinator will be emailed login details for the Students that they enrol on purchased eLearning courses. The Coordinator will need to forward these on to the Student.

Customer accounts – General
Birmingham Security College Ltd reserves the right to terminate Customer access to our courses without a refund and prohibit access to all of the content, information and materials if any breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
Customers are prohibited from sharing access to an eLearning package with a third party who is not subject to these terms and conditions. The Purchaser and Coordinator are responsible for keeping their login details (i.e. username(s) and password(s)) secure. If a third party who is not subject to these terms and conditions is found to be using a Customer ’s login details, the Purchaser’s and/or Coordinator’s access to Birmingham Security College Ltd.’s eLearning platform will be terminated and the Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund.
Only the Coordinator can request that a Student’s details are changed (e.g. spelling of a name corrected). This request must be sent from the Coordinator to LSC Ltd by email via info@birminghamsecuritycollege.co.uk . The coordinator will need to provide details of the required change. LSC Ltd aim to process such requests within 48 hours.
Only the Coordinator can request that a Student’s logins are transferred or terminated. This request must be sent from the Coordinator to LSC Ltd by email via info@birminghamsecuritycollege.co.uk, stating exactly what is requested. Under no circumstances may access to an eLearning course be transferred once the original Student has accessed the materials. Birmingham Security College Ltd reserves the right to refuse to transfer or to terminate a Student’s access. Birmingham Security College Ltd aim to process such requests within 48 hours.
