SIA Door Supervisor course is for anyone looking to work as a Door Supervisor, Security Officer or Security Guard. Licence holders can work as Door Supervisor, Events Security, Retail Security and Corporate Security Officer.
Please Note Emergency First Aid Training Is Compulsory Please Include If You Have Not Completed It Already.
How long is the training course?
It has been designed to be completed in 6 Days (although longer tuition or self-study options may be available).
What documents do I need to bring with me?
You will be required to bring Identification documents such as Passport or drivers licence and two proof of address HMRC letters, Tax bill, utility bill or bank statements etc. Along with 2 passport size photograph.
Entry Requirements: You must have Emergency First aid at work certificate or completion evidence and you must be over 18
What to Expect from a SIA Door Supervisor Course Exam
On the final day of your course, there will be 4 multiple-choice exams and a practical assessment. Everything you need to know is covered in the Door Supervisor Course, and your training instructor will fully prepare you for success. Furthermore you will be provided with mock exam papers to help you be ready for the exams.

Drug-misuse legislation, issues and procedures relevant to the role of a door supervisor
Preservation of evidence relevant to the role of a door supervisor

Queue management and venue capacity responsibilities relevant to a door supervisor

Application of conflict management in the private security industry
The principles of conflict management appropriate to the role
