What is SIA Trainer Course?

Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a minimum requirement in order to apply for most teaching roles in post-16 education, the 

As a learner, it will give you an understanding of what it takes to be an effective and engaging teacher. 

It is a recognised programme, whether it is security, food, health care or any other sector that you are part of you will need this to start your journey as a teacher. 

If you would like to teach SIA courses then you need this qualification. 

AET Course will be delivered in three days, no formal examination is required for this course, but at the end of the course you will need to submit a portfolio and one presentation. 

The Delivering Conflict Management course is for trainers who wish to deliver scenario-based conflict management training. The qualification is suitable for delivery across a wide range of sectors and is of particular benefit to those delivering training in a customer-facing role.

The qualification also meets the requirements of the Security Industry Authority for those delivering the licence to practice qualifications which include scenario-based conflict management training. This training is an essential requirement to teach the following courses: Security Guarding, Door Supervision, Close Protection and Vehicle Immobilisation. The most popular licence linked qualification in the UK is the Level 2 Award in Door Supervision; as this qualification now includes physical intervention as a compulsary unit in its framework therefore trainers who wish to deliver the Door Supervision course must have this qualification along with the AET Level 3 and Conflict Management Level 3. 

Level 3 Physical Intervention – No Formal Examination, but you will need to submit a portfolio, one presentation and Demonstrations of the physical intervention techniques.
